California Resources Corporation (NYSE: CRC) announced today that it has submitted an application to the City of Huntington Beach to rezone a portion of the company’s 94-acre property located at 20101 Goldenwest Street.  The proposal represents a pivotal step toward revitalizing the site by replacing its longstanding industrial use with a dynamic, community-focused development.
